I've been involved with investment real estate for about 3 years now, and it's been the best thing that I have ever done!  In 3 short years I've went from a truck driver in the oilsands to where I am today.  Today I could retire at only 32 years old.  My only regrets are not getting started earlier and I wish that I had a good mentor and proven system when I began.
